GoKid launched pro features because we wanted to offer even more to our users. The basic GoKid app is free and includes everything you need to set up carpools, invite others, volunteer to drive, and see the optimal driving route. However we knew there were other features we could offer – which is why we developed pro features, starting with additional notifications and in-app notes so parents can communicate better in the app. These were followed by a longer viewable carpool history and TeamSnap integration (on iPhone first).
We have a roadmap of further pro features we will be developing and rolling out for our subscribers.
