Gymnastics helps in developing a kid’s balance, basic motor skills, and coordination and is an excellent activity for both boys and girls. The foundation classes focus on learning basic body positions like a straddle, tuck, rolling and other important gymnastics terminology. Once the kids get familiar with these skills they will progress further to learn better balance skills like hopping, jumping and walking on the balance beams.
